According to reports authorities received calls regarding “unsafe practice” at an in home daycare on the 300 block of Amory Street back in November 2023. Authorities immediately began an investigation which led to the arrest of four people in Manchester on Thursday. During the investigation officers learned that the employees had in fact given the children melatonin on multiple occasions without the parents consent or knowledge.
